Dr. Bulbin is an incredibly attentive and thorough physician. He takes a whole body, "quality of life" approach and stays current with the latest medical research. He made thoughtful recommendation on few screening procedures based on my individual health and family history that I was overdue for. I feel better than I have in years thanks to his guidance. Highly recommend!​

The facilities were very nice. Most important, no wait time. My appointment was great from the beginning to the end. I was greeted with a smile. It made me feel welcome. The doctor and medical team were very professional and welcoming. I will definitely come back. Thank you to all the staff!

I needed to get some medical care and found this urgent care center that recently moved to a new location in Niles. I booked an appointment and filled out patient forms online. Couldn’t have been easier. I was immediately put in a room when I arrived and my vitals were taken. Then Tiffany Ann, the nurse practitioner, came in, listened to my issues, ordered labs with results ready in 10 minutes, sent prescription orders to the pharmacy and I was on my way home. Everyone I met was helpful and pleasant. Office and treatment room very clean. I am happy there is an urgent care facility so close to my home. Already booked 2nd appointment for check-up.

A Doctor Who Truly Cares – I was referred to Dr. Bulbin by my father, who, I have to say, is not someone who enjoys or even regularly visits a doctor’s office. So when he began speaking so highly of Dr. Bulbin and his staff, I took notice. What really moved me was hearing my father talk about how they treat him—not just as a patient, but as if he were family. He said they genuinely care about his well-being, encourage him to stay on top of his health, and always make him feel comfortable. Coming from someone who typically avoids doctors, that meant a lot. As his daughter (and someone who also rarely goes to the doctor), I decided to see Dr. Bulbin for myself—and I am so glad I did. From my very first visit, I felt heard, respected, and truly cared for. Dr. Bulbin took the time to listen, explain things clearly, and approach my health in a thoughtful, comprehensive way. His staff are kind, patient, and incredibly welcoming with smiles and jokes. It didn’t take long before I made him my primary care doctor. It’s rare to find a doctor who balances professionalism with such genuine compassion. I highly, highly recommended.
